Beto Vilanova embodies strength, skill, patience, determination and a true love and respect for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. My children wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I have been training no gi jiu jitsu on and off for about 16 years, so my 6 year old daughter has always been intrigued by it. I decided to sign her up in the kids class ages 4-6, gi. And she absolutely loves it. The coaches, especially Liz, are great with the kids and are setting them up with a strong foundation of listening and following instructions. I absolutely love the details of this gym as well. You receive follow ups to see how you're feeling after classes and how to videos to help you prepare. As a parent I definitely would encourage others to give this gym a try.

Wow! I'm so glad to have found a place close to home for our son. We have noticed a growth in him in such a short amount of time. After my son went in for a trial we decided to join. We couldn't be happier with our decision to put him in BJJ. Everyone is friendly and eager to teach. Profesor Beto has been patient and kind and all the coaches go out of their way to make sure you are learning correctly. We couldn't be any more happier.

Being a Military family we have attended four different BJJ academies and visited several others. Previously it was something that we insisted on the children doing just to get them out of the house and do something physical. This time we did not insist, but they decided to train after watching Professor Beto teach several youth classes. He really keeps them engaged while teaching them this awesome martial art. My wife and I have also started training at Vilanova. I immensely enjoy Professor Beto's style of instructing and feel that I have already improved my technique in a short time due to his methods and details. The other Vilanova BJJ professors, students, and coaches that I have met to this point are top notch instructors, training partners, and people.
