All of our classes are taught in a safe environment and are structured in a curriculum-based teaching method to ensure that you learn the proper techniques. All new adult students to our academy begin their Brazilian jiu-jitsu journey in this fundamentals class. This ensures you get the best instruction and allows you to learn at the proper level.

Advanced BJJ Classes

After you’ve been introduced to BJJ in our fundamentals class and have a solid understanding of BJJ fundamentals, Professor Beto will invite you to our Advanced Brazilian jiu-jitsu class to increase your skill level and to learn advanced techniques.

Open Mat BJJ Classes

This class is reserved for advanced students to practice their techniques in a "live" setting with other students under the direct supervision of Professor Beto.
